Morning Yoga In this yoga class we will connect to our own sense of personal growth and change. We will recognize the distance we’ve come, honor the place where we are at individually on our journeys, and focus on what aspects of our lives we wish to give attention to, and consciously aim to improve in big and small ways, every day.

Creating Positive Change Workshop – This workshop focuses on how you can create positive change by redesigning your in small, incremental ways each day. You will be able to create a plan to improve any area of your life: business, love, health, healing, adventure, creativity, finances, learning, and family. This workshop will allow you to identify, isolate, and create a practice that allows for incremental discovery to become an integrated part of your daily life and create positive change for the long term.

Volunteer at CREA. CREA is a local non-profit which inspires rural Nicaraguans through literacy, education, and leadership in youth development. Proceeds from your Retreat support this initiative. Today we will visit the education center to understand a little more about the youth development, educational outreach, and library services you’ve been able to support.

Morning Reflection Take this opportunity to sit with yourself and consider any fears or anxieties that hinder you. Investigate sources for any fear-based mindset you might carry with you when it comes to specific circumstances, such as relationships, career pursuits, or self-development.

Overcoming Fear Workshop: Does fear play a part in your decision-making? Does it stop you from learning or testing yourself in ways that would propel you further? Does it get in the way of change, or impede your passions? This workshop walks you through 8 steps to help you overcome fears, anxiety, and worries that hold you back. You will learn how to diminish feelings of insecurity and replace them with feelings of resolve, clarity, and confidence.

Hike to Playa Escondida – This 1 1/2 hour hike takes you through lush jungle ending at one of the most beautiful turquoise beaches in the area. Playa Escondida’s remote sands are a preferred nesting spot for critically endangered Hawksbill and Green Sea Turtles, and this protected bay offers a cool refreshing dip to enjoy after your hike.

DAY 7
Morning Reflection – Your final morning can be spent reflecting upon what you have uncovered and discovered this past week. When we set our intentions, we are activating our ability to receive and manifest the changes that we seek. There is power in cultivating your thoughts to stem from gratitude, hope, positivity, empathy, and courage. We will harness the power within to move towards a life that gives us the joy we deserve.

Mindset Shift Workshop & Closing Workshop: This workshop will chart our personal journey and areas of growth throughout the past week. We will reflect on the learning points and milestones we’ve achieved in personal growth and the challenges we’ve overcome. We close with a meditation to seal our experience and set up accountability strategies that will allow us to implement your newly learned perspectives into your day-to-day.

Sunset Happy Hour
Farewell Dinner – La Boquita Restaurant at Rancho Santana, overlooking a scenic rugged coastline. Boasting an open-air kitchen and terrace dining area, La Boquita serves an ever-changing line up of wood fire oven pizzas, raspas, and small plates accompanied by a selection of locally brewed craft beers, wines, and signature cocktails.
