This course teaches self-discovery and personal growth specifically for teenagers and young adults. It is designed to help them identify their personal values; develop leadership skills, learn to be intentional in behavior, and improve mental wellness.

Workshop Topics
These workshops help students understand their own behavior patterns, and learn how to make choices with intention. It will serve to boost self-confidence, identify values that are important to them, and connect and build meaningful connections.
Students will learn how to communicate ideas, emotions, needs, and expectations with ease and confidence.
They will also discover their own style of communication, such as how they read others, how they interpret and accept information, and how to send information out and voice their needs.
Your Personal Growth for Teens Program

Topic: Create a vision for your future, set your intentions, & map out your goals
Results: We will connect with the specific goals you wish to achieve by the end of the course, and create accountability strategies to help you maintain focus and follow-through to reach them.

Topic: Transformational Growth Through Ritual & Routine
Results: Identify the 4 stages of transformative growth. You will learn how to implement healthy habits into your routine to support your mental health and help you achieve success.

Topic: Identifying and (re) connecting with your core values.
Results: Learn which values create your best and happiest experiences in life. You’ll understand how to easily create more of these “best” experiences and meaningful moments by intentionally honoring your values, and eliminating experiences that suppress what is truly important to you.

Topic: Understanding & Harnessing the Power of Gratitude
Results: Learn how to immediately build positive habits into your life that help you practice gratitude. We’ll do a few prompts to think about the wide variety of things to be grateful for, and how gratitude can combat anxiety, fear, and depression.

Topic: 6 Essential Traits for Positive Learning & Growth
Results: identify characteristics of success and learn to develop these strengths within yourself. You will gain confidence, and clarity on how to best leverage your strengths in order to achieve your goals.

Topic: Raising your confidence and overcoming fears, worries, and anxiety.
Results: Learn 8 ways you can dispel fears, limiting thoughts and worries, and move through and out of anxiety.
