Holy Moly! What a beautiful journey it’s been. Went to Costa Rica looking for answers and left with more than my heart could even handle. I am overflowing with gratitude and contentment.
Travel isn’t always pretty. It isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts, it even breatks your heart, but THAT’S OKAY. The journey changes you. It SHOULD CHANGE you. It leaves marks on your memories, on your consciousness, on your heart and on our soul. You take something with you and hopefully you leave something good behind. Travel is a lot like falling in love, and I have fallen head over heels in love with this magical place and beautiful people.
I have learned in working alongside communities with different backgrounds, that you don’t have to speak the same language to understand that energy frequencies are universal.

Connections – that’s what we are here for. The connections we make with the world around us. I am so grateful and blessed for all the connections I’ve made these three weeks.
I came to Costa Rica looking for answers in myself, and for the world. From this experience, I’ve found the secret and the beauty of change. In three short weeks, I have learned to focus my energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.
